Delivery Information

- £6.95 delivery charge for all orders.
- Please note that Next Day Delivery is not available on all products, excluded items include Kitchen Electrical Appliances & some Garden Machinery items. If you are buying an item from these categories you may only choose the Standard Delivery option.
Standard Delivery
- Up to £50 (excluding tax) - £4.95.
- Over £50 (excluding tax) - Free.
- Standard Delivery is usually 3-5 days.
- Free Standard Delivery is not offered on deliveries to remote/offshore addresses or orders for heavy items.
Remote & Offshore Deliveries
- £29.99 delivery charge for all addresses classified as Mainland Highlands and Northern Ireland by our courier partners.
- Mainland Highland postcodes include IV3-IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA20-PA40, PH19-PH40 and PH50.
- Northern Ireland postcodes are all BT postcodes.
- £49.99 delivery charge for all addresses classified as Offshore by our courier partners.
- Offshore postcodes include Isles of Scilly (TR), Isle of Man (IM), Jersey (JE), Guernsey (GY), Western Isles (HS), Shetland Isles (ZE), Orkney (KW), Isle of Skye (IV), Isle of Arran (KA27), Isle of Cumbrae/Milliport (KA28), Isle of Jura (PA60), Isle of Colonsay (PA61), Isle of Coll (PA78), Isle of Eigg (PH42), Isle of Rum (PH43), Isle of Canna (PH44), Isle of Mull (PA), Isle of Tiree (PA), Isle of Gigha (PA), Isle of Muck (PH) and the Isle of Islay (PA).
Heavy Items
- £49.99 delivery charge for heavy weight items (eg. wood stoves, furniture etc) that require special delivery
- Items classified as heavy are denoted by a truck icon.
- One heavy item surcharge is applied no matter how many heavy items are ordered.
- Standard Delivery for heavy items is usually 7-14 days.
Want to Return an Item
- No problem, just return the item, unused with the original packaging, within 7 days and we'll refund you including the original delivery charge.
- If you'd like us to collect the item, please call us to organise this on your behalf, please note we reserve the right to charge for collections.
- Damaged during delivery, no problem, just call us and we'll organise a replacement to be sent out or your card refunded, whichever you'd prefer. In these instances, we do not charge for collection.
- In the unlikely event your item develops a fault, let us know so we can organise a collection to inspect the product. We will offer you a repair, replacement or refund according to your statutory rights. The course of action will depend on the type of product, age of the product, whether it is within any manufacturer's guarantee, whether it has been used according to the instructions or if any misuse is evident.
Signature Required
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery, we will not leave your order without a signature confirming the goods have been delivered. If you are not at home when our courier delivers your order, they will leave a card for you to call them to arrange a more convenient delivery time.
Alternatively we will deliver to your work address or to a neighbour with prior agreement with yourself.
Credit Card Fraud Safety
We take internet fraud extremely seriously, your protection is of paramount importance to us. Orders that are over £200 in value will only be delivered to the billing address, this is a security measure used in conjunction with our fraud checks to give our customers added fraud protection. An additional fraud check for orders over £200 is that we may ask you to provide a utility bill proving your address details, we realise this may be inconvenient, however it is a check recommended by our banking partners to prevent credit card fraud. This check is in place for your protection.
The Small Print - Our Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Delivery times apply to items in stock.
- All items are subject to availability.
- If any items you order are not available immediately we may dispatch those items that are available and send the remainder of your order under separate carriage (you will not be charged a second delivery charge in these circumstances). If this affects your order we will confirm you are happy to proceed with your order by e-mail or telephone.
- Some products may take longer to deliver than next day, for example, they may be delivered direct from the manufacturer. If this affects your order we will notify you as soon as possible. Some lawnmowers & kitchen electrical appliances are subject to a 3-5 day delivery.
- Deliveries normally occur between 8am and 5:30pm. We regret that the exact timing of delivery cannot be specified.
- Working days for deliveries are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
- Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made direct to your door. Our courier partners are not responsible for any additional lifting or carrying of your goods.
- If you wish to send items to multiple addresses please complete an order separately for each address.
- Please leave a day-time telephone number so we can contact you should any queries arise. For security purposes we require your telephone number to be a land-line telephone number.
- If your order contains more than one item the products may be delivered separately even if they have the same estimated delivery dates because our products may come from different delivery partners. You will not incur additional delivery charges under these circumstances.
- We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
- We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
