Delivery Information
There is one delivery charge per order, which is automatically calculated according to the total price of the goods in your basket and the option you select. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Next Day Delivery (for orders placed by 11am)
- £6.95 delivery charge for all orders
Please note that Next Day Delivery is not available on all products, excluded items include Kitchen Electrical Appliances, Rugs & Lawnmowers. If you are buying an item from these categories you can only choose the Standard Delivery option.
Standard Delivery
- Up to £200 - £4.95
- Over £200 - Free
Standard Delivery is usually 3-5 days. On larger items such as patio furniture, Standard Delivery is usually 7-14 days.
Signature Required
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery, we will not leave your order without a signature confirming the goods have been delivered. If you are not at home when our courier delivers your order, they will leave a card for you to call them to arrange a more convenient delivery time.
Alternatively we will deliver to your work address or to a neighbour with prior agreement with yourself.
Credit Card Fraud Safety
We take internet fraud extremely seriously, your protection is of paramount importance to us. Orders that are over £200 in value will only be delivered to the billing address, this is a security measure used in conjunction with our fraud checks to give our customers added fraud protection. An additional fraud check for orders over £200 is that we may ask you to provide a utility bill proving your address details, we realise this may be inconvenient, however it is a check recommended by our banking partners to prevent credit card fraud. This check is in place for your protection.
Delivery Exceptions
We deliver to the majority of UK mainland addresses, exceptions apply as noted below. Due to the discounted nature of our prices we are unable to subsidise the higher courier costs of transporting items to these areas, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
- For those addresses classified as Remote by our courier partners (postcodes relating to Aberdeen, Inverness, Kirkwall, Paisley, Perth or any Scottish Highlands postcodes) we regret we are unable to offer a delivery service at present.
- For those UK addresses that are classified as Offshore by our courier partners (including the Channels Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland) we regret that we are unable to offer a delivery service at present.
If you would like to purchase from our website and request delivery to a Remote area (as classified by our courier partners) please telephone our customer care team on 0845 270 4377 and we can let you know the carriage charge that needs to be applied to your order. We guarantee that we will only charge you the amount we are charged by our courier partner!
The Small Print - Our Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Delivery times apply to items in stock.
- All items are subject to availability.
- If any items you order are not available immediately we may dispatch those items that are available and send the remainder of your order under separate carriage (you will not be charged a second delivery charge in these circumstances). If this affects your order we will confirm you are happy to proceed with your order by e-mail or telephone.
- Some products may take longer to deliver than next day, for example, they may be delivered direct from the manufacturer. If this affects your order we will notify you as soon as possible. All rugs, lawnmowers & kitchen electrical appliances are subject to a 3-5 day delivery.
- Deliveries normally occur between 8am and 5:30pm. We regret that the exact timing of delivery cannot be specified.
- Working days for deliveries are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
- Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made direct to your door. Our courier partners are not responsible for any additional lifting or carrying of your goods.
- If you wish to send items to multiple addresses please complete an order separately for each address.
- Please leave a day-time telephone number so we can contact you should any queries arise. For security purposes we require your telephone number to be a land-line telephone number.
- If your order contains more than one item the products may be delivered separately even if they have the same estimated delivery dates because our products may come from different delivery partners. You will not incur additional delivery charges under these circumstances.
- Delivery is only available to the majority of UK mainland addresses, we cannot deliver to remote UK addresses, UK offshore addresses or Internationally at present, unless you agree to the increased carriage charge for these areas.
- We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
- We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
